    In the afternoon of the 2nd, the Dual Bachelor's Degree Teaching Seminar was held in 317 Finance and Economics Science Hall of Soochow University, which was attended by Huang He, Vice Dean of the School of Computer Science, Liu Chunping, Vice Dean of the School of Computer Science, Li Enxiu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Dean of the School of Computing, Chen Tao, Executive Vice Dean of the School of Future Science and Engineering, Wang Jin, Vice Dean of the School of Future Science and Engineering, and Chen Beibei, Vice Dean of the School of Nanoscale Science and Technology, Wang Lu, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Dean of the School of Nanoscale Science and Technology, Yuan Jianyu Mr Liu Zhiming, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Business, Mr Huang Xiaohui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Dean of the School of Business, Mr Zhou Zhongsheng, Vice Dean of the School of Business, Mr Zhou Jun, Assistant Dean of the School of Business, and other representatives of the School of Business.

    Liu Zhiming firstly expressed his gratitude to the three colleges that have cooperated with the School of Business on the dual-degree programme for their continuous support, and hoped that all parties could make suggestions on the future development of the cooperation and the aspects and measures that could be improved.

     

    Zhou Zhongsheng elaborated on the development and enrollment of the dual-degree programme, saying that this kind of programme meets the needs of the society, and is not only a necessary measure for the transformation of the business discipline, but also an important way to cultivate compound talents for the society.

     

    During the meeting, the leaders and teachers of the colleges exchanged warmly and actively listened to the feedback from the representatives of the students of double-degree programmes, and discussed in depth about the daily management of the students, teaching arrangement and curriculum integration.

     

    In the future, the four colleges will continue to make use of their own advantages to make joint efforts for the better development of double-degree programmes.
